I Stood Up to Evo!

I stood up to Evo and "won"... even though he had me by nearly a foot and 100 lbs. This man had seduced several women including my now ex-wife. My wife and I were married when Evo seduced her in Feb. 2002 and manipulated her to have sex with him; she subsequently divorced me and declared she was following him to Hawaii. I called and spoke to Evo (his massive ego enjoyed toying with the cuckolded husband and especially to "win him over" as a convert); because I was familiar with Landmark Forum, I knew how to "speak his language" and arranged to meet him and join his group if I could, in order to save my wife from becoming abused sexually and financially by him. I flew to Hawaii to investigate what Evo was doing. My wife, furious with my action, refused to go to Hawaii as long as I was there. In order to save her from his attempt to inculcate her, I did not leave, knowing she would not come as long as I was there. Perhaps this could be construed as my own insanity, but I simply could not allow him to do to my wife what he was doing to other women. So, during the months of April, May, June, and July, I paid my own way, but Evo demanded that I pay for other housing and meals expenses totaling some $6,000 by the time I left in July. I count this as money going toward freeing my ex-wife, and don't expect I will ever get anything back except the satisfaction of knowing I broke up his little cult the day I left...at least temporarily.
